Inside, the Aperol essence is broken down into concepts, forms, and designs: the drink's liquidity, color, and perlage become narratives that transform into sinuous, elusive furnishings. The setting overlooking Piazza Duomo adds solidity to the venue, uniting the ancient and the postmodern in one place. The aperitivo blends Milanese tradition with that of the tapas bar. The underlying theme, the beverage, is, of course, Aperol. However, there are also specialty drinks, such as the Cosmolychee (vodka, lychee liqueur, lime juice, and cranberry juice). Aperitivo every day from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for €15.
CERESIO TERRACE 7
Two panoramic pools, Michelin-starred cuisine, and a glamorous aperitivo in this space nestled between the clear blue sky and the shimmering reflections of the water, right on the rooftop of the former Enel headquarters from the 1930s in the Monumentale area. The evening ritual begins at 6:30 pm and features finger food and gourmet dishes served as you go, such as marinated salmon tartare and avocado or vitello tonnato with capers and quail eggs. The food is accompanied by signature or revisited cocktails. A few examples? Here, the classic Moscow Mule (vodka, lime, and ginger) is served in a copper mug; the spritz, on the other hand, is called Ceresio and contains Solerno Liqueur, not Aperol.

TOCQ TERRACE MILAN
