Immersed in the Isola neighborhood, Upon entering, the neon sign and Bulgarian red seating immediately stand out, creating the atmosphere of a large city gathering place. In perfect industrial style, the raw iron and backlit chequered sheet metal pair perfectly with the charred wood and copper accents. Three large rooms The spaces are made up of: the outdoor garden, the ground floor room with a mezzanine and the lower floor room equipped with a DJ station and a small private room with a water fireplace.
THE CHEF
Born in Carovigno in the province of Brindisi between the splendid sea of upper Salento and the sunny Itria Valley, Samuel Epifani He grew up among the ancient alleys of the village, surrounded by the thousand colors and scents that he still calls home today.
At the age of four, he entered a butcher's shop for the first time: he loved following his father—also a butcher—to the large slaughterhouses and farms of southern Italy. Even then, he thought he'd like to follow the same path in life. Today, looking back, he says: "I realize how much determination and perseverance can take you so far!" Now that I live with my family in Milan, a land so distant from my own yet so stimulating and full of challenges, I can still smell the scents of my beloved Puglia: those of freshly picked olives, wheat, and grazing sheep.
