Meat Art it's a restaurant specializing in tartare at Via Giulio Romano 27, in the Porta Romana area. The reason for the name? Meat is obvious, but Art is because each dish looks like an artistic composition in which ingredients, shapes, colors and flavors give a unique touch to the preparations.
Chefs Fabio and Luca offer 8 tartares with cuts of beef, paired with seasonal products and homemade sauces or emulsions.
Do you like meat and are you especially crazy about tartare? Meat Art places raw meat at the center of its offerings, combined with classic or even very unusual ingredients.
AND THEN? NOT JUST TARTARÉ!

The menu includes a series of tasty appetizers, which include several fish dishes, a foie gras mousse, and even a lobster roll. And for those who aren't sure about eating raw meat or want to try something different? Cheese fondue, Bourguignonne, sausage, creamed vegetables, and octopus. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasonality of the products and the chefs' creativity!
ABOUT US

Meat Art is first and foremost a real place, and like many authentic places, it's not the result of a massive architectural renovation, but the product of years of piecemeal improvements. It used to be a bar, but little by little, Beatrice and the team have given it a character and an identity, one that exudes a welcoming atmosphere, despite its simplicity. It's something I appreciate, something that makes me feel at ease. There are just a few tables, the atmosphere is intimate, and Beatrice will explain the dishes to you with expertise and passion.
