APERITIF GUD IDROSCALO MILAN

The most anticipated moment at GUD Idroscalo is undoubtedly aperitivo. The classic happy hour is HAPPY GUD, which combines a pint of beer, a cocktail, a glass of wine, or a Spritz with POP GUD, delicious flavored popcorn.

In addition to the HAPPY GUD, focaccias will be available for second courses. These include Strepitosa, Contadina, and Margherita, made with organic whole-wheat flour and naturally leavened for 24 hours. The focaccia is baked fresh and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The same goes for the mini focaccias, which differ from the first ones not only in size but also in a range of less elaborate variations. These include the Tuna Focaccina, the Raw Ham Focaccina, and the Cooked Ham Focaccina. Finally, the GUD toasts are classic toasts filled with cooked ham and cheese.
