VERANDA STUDIO MILAN

Veranda Studio it's one space industrial of Rutilia Street with an essential design, without permanent furnishings, and it lends itself to complete customization according to the needs of the event and the client's preferences. The space is equipped with all the necessary technical equipment for setup: we provide 32-amp industrial overhead sockets with a capacity of up to 100kW, ideal for managing service and decorations. We also offer full support in the design, supply, and installation of technical equipment for lighting, audio, video, and setup.

Features and Spaces

• Studio Area: 250 square meters, fully air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi. Maximum capacity is 250 people, depending on the size of the setup.

• Backstage Area: a 100m2 space, which can be set up as a catering area, cloakroom or storage.

• Toilets: five guest bathrooms.

The studio is equipped with a full kitchen, with the following appliances:

• 5-tray GN1/1 combined and self-cleaning oven

• Blast chiller (+3°/-18°)

• 40-liter ice maker

• Standard two-door undercounter refrigerator GN1/1

• Column refrigerator

• Column freezer

• Removable induction plates

• Three-phase dishwasher

• Two sinks

External Area

The 180 square meter outdoor area can be used for coffee breaks, aperitifs, or as a private parking space (up to 7 spaces). The private entrance is suitable for heavy vehicles up to 7 meters in length, with no weight restrictions for loading and unloading.

Details on Using the Studio

• Opening Hours and AvailabilityVeranda Studio is available every day, Monday through Sunday, from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Hours are flexible and can be adapted to the specific needs of your event.

• MusicMusic is permitted until 11:00 PM. Extensions beyond this time are possible, provided the volume is kept low so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Capacity and Dining Options

For seated dinners and events, we can offer different configurations:

• Double imperial tables for up to 130 seated guests

• Round tables 180cm in diameter for up to 120 seated guests
