Accessed through a window on Via Teodosio 19, which leads to an initial space of approximately 30 square meters, the space extends over a total covered area of 200 square meters.
THE LOFT FOR PRIVATE PARTIES AND EVENTS
The wonderful loft, approximately 80 square meters, flooded with light thanks to the large windows, can accommodate up to 100 people for a standing event, or 70 people for a seated dinner.
An antique piano gives the room a retro charm, and designer lamps bring it back to the contemporary.
The mezzanine that runs along the entire perimeter of the room allows for meetings or workshops, even for small groups.

The property features utility rooms such as a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a cloakroom/small storage room.
The 150-square-meter outdoor area, bordered by a large wall, is the ideal space for summer brunches, aperitifs, and cocktails.

“I would like the good times in this place to be an opportunity for cultural enrichment,” says the owner, who opens the doors of her loft to exhibitions, book presentations, debates, parties, and the ideas of friends.
A flower-filled terrace completes the charm of a refined and comfortable setting, reminiscent of the fine salons of times gone by and awaiting the imagination of future artists.
I left law to pursue my lifelong passion: welcoming friends and acquaintances and helping them celebrate their special moments, from graduation parties to wedding anniversaries.
